Wedding Portrait Prices

The Wedding Day Plan     $799.95

The Wedding Day Plan starts with six hours of contiguous photographer time before, during and after the wedding.   Many couples add additional time for photography at their reception or morning photography. 

We believe every Wedding is unique. Gary is happy to take extra portraits at no extra charge if time allows.   He enjoys fulfilling special requests.  Gary will take in excess of 200 photographs.  The only upper limit is what time, desire and imagination allow.

  Add $249 for each complete set of prepaid preview prints.  A $300 retainer is required when reserving your date and time, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding.

The Wedding Ceremony Plan     $599.95

The Wedding Day Plan starts with four hours of contiguous photographer time before and during  the wedding.   

Gary is happy to take extra portraits at no extra charge if time allows.   He enjoys fulfilling special requests.  Gary will take in excess of 120 photographs.  The only upper limit is what time, desire and imagination allow.

  Add $199 for each complete set of prepaid preview prints.  A $300 retainer is required when reserving your date and time, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding.

       The Formals Only Plan     $399.95

We provide two hours of photographer time before the wedding to take as many formal and/or informal group portraits you desire.    Gary is happy to take extra portraits at no extra charge if time allows.   He enjoys fulfilling special requests.   As a general rule of thumb, allow eight minutes for each portrait group.

Add $159 for each complete set of prepaid preview prints.  Your date and time can be reserved up to three months in advance of the wedding.  A $200 retainer is required to reserve your date and time, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding.

       The Simplicity Plan     $199.95

For those on a very limited budget we offer a half-hour of photographer time to take four to six group portraits for $199.95 on location or $99.95 in the studio. 

Add $80 for each set of prepaid preview prints ordered.  A $100 retainer is required when reserving your date and time, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding.  The simplicity plan can be reserved up to six weeks in advance. 

Options and Additional Services

Photographer’s Assistant...... $150.00
(Assistant required for larger weddings)

Each hour of Additional Photography time $150.00  

We believe in giving our customers maximum flexibility. Save money by creating your own package in any quantity.   There are no extra charges for  wedding prints, wedding portrait are the same as our regular portrait package and print prices.

A photographer's assistant is required for larger weddings (wedding parties of eight or more) or if photographs from the balcony are desired.  Couples can save money by providing the assistant.

Of course you'll need some way to view your portraits for ordering.  Most couples order one or more sets of preview prints for viewing (they have copyright information over the image) or we can provide low-res proof images by CD or Internet for viewing. 

For out-of-state couples, we offer the set of original high-resolution digital files (without retouching or color and density tweaking) on CD for $950 with the appropriate copyright releases so they can be printed at their local professional photo lab.

Remember thank you cards and Christmas cards for your family and guests.  Friends and family appreciate receiving pictures of your special day.
